How much does installation cost per square metre?
The price depends on the type of floor, the condition of the subfloor and the total area. After the on-site survey we give you a detailed quote that separates material, subfloor preparation and installation work.
Do you supply the material or do I buy it myself?
Both options work. We can supply the material at supplier prices, or you buy it yourself and we carry out the installation only.
How long does a 100 m² apartment take?
For SPC or click-system PVC, usually 2–3 days. If self-levelling screed is needed, add 1–2 days for drying. Lacquered parquet takes 4–6 days in total.
Do you work outside Tirana?
Yes. We cover all of Albania — Durrës, Vlorë, Sarandë, Shkodër and other cities. For projects outside Tirana, transport is quoted separately.
Do you provide a guarantee?
Yes. Every job comes with a written guarantee on the installation, in addition to the manufacturer's guarantee on the material. E-KRON is a company registered with the Albanian National Business Center.
